Paul Cripps FCCA

Paul is an adaptable and commercial accountant, operating at Finance Director (FD) level.  He has an excellent track record of restructuring growing businesses, improving reporting and adding financial and strategic direction to the board creating the environment for external investment as the business matures.

As well as considerable experience gained at all levels over 20 years, he has been involved in several successful sales for owner-managed businesses, including all preparatory work required to maximise the sale price, together with acquiring businesses carrying out the preliminary due diligence through to final completion.

Paul has operated mostly within SME businesses with turnovers up to £150m, where he has led multi-disciplinary teams including IT, Legal and HR, alongside Finance. Through all of his tenures he has applied best practice methodologies and techniques in risk management, reporting and application systems implementation.

Paul is passionate about delivering positive change, efficiencies and improved performance. He achieves this through the introduction of practical and innovative solutions, including the use of appropriate technology.
